A Truly Irish Pub

This place was great.  Everyone enjoyed their food, the pints were flowing and live music was playing.  As the night goes on, everyone gets a little more happy and into the music.  I had never had a Shepards Pie, and this place served up a really yummy pie.  The sandwiches are a bit small; I would stick with the traditional Irish meals here.  Alexander Kieth's IPA is a must try!!

Nothing special...

There wasn't much positive or negative to this place.  The best thing about it is that there's beer sold right when you get off the mountain.  Other than that, it's way too busy with too many loud, obnoxious children and nowhere to sit.  The one thing I did really like is that they had all the tv screens and they were showing the American Football...

Great Food! Great Pints!!
(1/28/2008 1:33:20 PM)

My group stayed in Whistler for one week's time and we went to the Brewhouse twice for dinners it was so good.  Not only is the food great, but so are beers!  We had a salad and the vegetarian pizza, which were both out of this world.  The wings were okay... I like spicy, asked for extra spicy, and it still wasn't spicy to me (but I like things WAY hot!).  I also tried their burger, excellent; and their spicy green bean appetizer... freaking awesome!

I also truly enjoyed the staff.  From the greeter, to the waitress and the servers... everyone knew what customer service is and never once did our expectations get let down.

Dining @ 7
(1/27/2008 8:07:16 AM)

A group of friends went to 7 with my wife and I for her birthday and received horrible service.  The waitress waited 15 minutes after taking our order to come back and tell us that she hadn't even put our order in yet.  The menu is confusing, as it offers sliders for $3.99.  Beware that for $3.99 you only get ONE slider; and the chicken slider tastes like a McChicken sandwich from McDonalds.  The server was extremely snooty and rude and even told us she doesn't care whether we like our food or not.  After all this horrible service, my wife's birthday wasn't even acknowledged.  Our bill was about $150 and we tipped our server $5 so she could tip the kitchen and wait staff.  In my opinion, we tipped her $5 too much.  I would not spend your time and money in this restaurant.
