After not being able to go the Rim Rock Cafe, we decided to try Le Gros.  The only info on their website was the spring menu from 2007.  Fortunately (or unfortunately) there weren't many changes, except in prices of course.  The restaurant itself looked like it opened in the late seventies and not much has changed since (not even the background music!)  The food was strictly average and for that price and being in upscale Whistler, I expected better.  The service was below average, only two servers for the whole room on a Saturday night?  We will not go back.
