My boyfriend and I went to Whistler for our first anniversary, and we had been having a not-so-great time with some miscommunication and bad service at our hotel. Then we went to a restaurant for our "romantic dinner" and were seated next to the hot kitchen right behind a table full of screaming children. So, to cheer ourselves up, we went to the Brewhouse for a cold beer. We had to sit at the bar because we weren't eating, and were met by a WONDERFUL bartender named Ryan. He was so attentive to us even though it was smokin' busy, and they were understaffed for the night. He gave us a cheers for making it a year together, and made us special drinks. My boyfriend raved about their wings (he got hungry later), and my margaritta was great! Whistler is our favorite place in the world, and this is our new favorite place in Whistler!!!!
